How to participate
The Institute also
operates a research support fund to encourage short-term research stays
at the Institute. Through the "Friends of the Max Kade Institute" Penn
State alumni and friends are encouraged to contribute to the research and
public outreach missions of the Institute. All contributions, individual
and corporate, regardless of size, are deductible as allowed by federal
and state tax laws. Persons considering a major contribution or deferred
gift are requested to contact the Co-Directors of the Institute and the
Director of Development, College of the Liberal Arts, The Pennsylvania
State University, 101 Sparks Building, University Park, PA 16802-5200.
Those who would like
to be regularly informed of the Institute's programs and projects, receive
invitations to workshops, lectures and tours, and at the same time support
the Institute's mission are encouraged to join the "Friends of the Max
Kade German-American Research Institute."
